VAPEFLIX Gmail Integration Privacy Notice
Effective Date: October 22, 2026
1. Introduction
VAPEFLIX uses Google Gmail integration with Odoo to send business-related emails securely.
This notice explains how our Gmail integration handles Google account information. It applies to our internal Gmail connection and does not replace our general customer privacy policy.
2. Information Accessed
Our integration uses Google OAuth authorization to connect our designated business Gmail account, vapeflix.info@gmail.com, to Odoo.
The integration may process the connected account's email address, authorization credentials, outgoing email content, recipient addresses, and delivery information.
Google may request broad Gmail permissions during authorization. Our intended use of this connection is sending business emails, not general monitoring of the Gmail inbox.
3. How We Use Information
We use this integration for legitimate business communications, including:
- Customer order confirmations
- Payment notifications
- Transactional receipts
- Account-related notifications
- Customer service communications
Customers are not required to connect their personal Gmail accounts to VAPEFLIX.
4. Data Sharing and Storage
Email information is processed through Google Gmail and our Odoo business management system.
Relevant business records and authorization credentials may be stored within Odoo and processed by our authorized service providers.
We do not sell information obtained through Google APIs or use it for targeted advertising.
5. Data Security and Retention
We use access controls and reasonable safeguards to protect account information.
Business records are retained as needed for operational, accounting, and legal requirements. Google account access can be revoked through Google Account security settings.
6. Google API Limited Use
Our use of information received through Google APIs is intended to comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
